HSBC
Deceased Estate process UX research
This project aims to review the user experience of HSBC’s “Dealing with Bereavement” page and its associated offline processes. Through research with customers and proxies who have gone through this journey, we will identify key areas for improvement. Additionally, we will gather insights from front-line HSBC staff and the Customer Advocacy team to understand how we can better support their roles. The outcome will be a set of UX recommendations to enhance the entire bereavement process, improving both customer experience and internal workflows.
