This project explores how AI, smart features, and integrations can transform community admins into superheroes within their roles. Fast-track everyday community admin to become highly effective admins / super users.

Deceased Estate process UX research

This project reviewed the user experience of HSBC’s “Dealing with Bereavement” page and offline processes. Through customer research and insights from HSBC staff, I identified key areas for improvement. The result was a set of UX recommendations to enhance the bereavement process, improving both customer experience and internal workflows.

This project focuses on enhancing FEA’s homepage to boost donor conversions. By improving user experience, refining content strategy, and streamlining the donation process, I aim to create an intuitive and efficient pathway that turns visitors into donors.

In this personal project, I utilized Adobe Photoshop and Generative AI tools(Photoshop) to enhance editorial photography for Bottega Veneta. The goal was to create visually compelling and polished images aligned with the luxury fashion brand’s aesthetic.
