Goal
Community administrators often face overwhelming challenges in managing engagement, content creation, and event coordination. These tasks are typically manual, time-consuming, and lack real-time insights, leading to burnout and inefficiencies. Additionally, the absence of intuitive design patterns can hinder user adoption and effective utilization of the platform.
Result
To address these challenges, I designed a user-centric platform for Neutopia that: • Automates Administrative Tasks: Implemented AI-driven features to generate community metrics and automate content updates, reducing manual workload. • Enhances Engagement: Introduced tools for consistent content creation and tagging, fostering active community participation. • Improves Analytics: Developed real-time dashboards to provide actionable insights, enabling administrators to showcase successes and milestones effectively. • Ensures Accessibility: Incorporated features like voice command support, customizable font sizes, and tooltips to accommodate users with diverse abilities.
