My Life Before Moving to Australia
My dream of becoming a fashion designer began in high school, sparked by the inspiration I found in the show Project Runway. Over time, I developed a strong passion for menswear, which led to meaningful achievements in the field. I had the privilege of working as a designer in the Korean fashion industry until January 2019, gaining hands-on experience and deep industry insight that continues to shape my creative journey today.

I have hands-on experience designing for both womenswear and menswear, with a focus on balancing creativity and market needs. My work includes trend research, fabric sourcing, technical sketching, and overseeing sample development. In womenswear, I’ve explored fluid silhouettes and detailing, while in menswear, I’ve focused on structure and function. This dual experience has strengthened my adaptability and design versatility across different audiences and styles.

Memorable Experience in New York
Working in New York was an unforgettable experience. I supported the Steven Alan production team and later secured an internship at DU NORD, showing my dedication to learning and growth in the fashion industry.
